This Privacy Policy describes how boltztonutz.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Wholesale Customers (if applicable): we may share your basic personal and store information (names, addresses and tax identification number(s) with financial institutions if required for adding and/or implementing additional features on our website such as, but not limited to: credit card processing, debit card processing, eCheck and ACH services, and financial services from institutions that give payment terms to wholesale customers. These institutions are not given permission to contact you for any purposes of solicitation.

Our store is hosted on Shopify eCommerce Solutions. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall with updated security, and encrypt your connection via SSL.

Customers and persons browsing our hemp related products must be 18 years of age or older. No sales of hemp related products will be made to those under the age of 18. You may be required to prove your age prior to accepting the order.

All ages may browse and purchase our non-hemp related products including produce, plants, animal products and other non-hemp related products listed for sale.
